Tickets: Links auf Tickets nutzen ticketPath (Planboard, Zuordnen, Services, Funktionen)

Auch drei Kommentare mit dem Altlink-Muster umformuliert (useWorkorders, ticketListUrl, TicketsPage), sonst bleibt die Pruefung auf den Altlink nicht leer.
