Zeile mit Statusbadge und Textlinks, Zustimmungsablauf im Dialog mit Fuss (Abbrechen, Einschalten), Ausschalten-Rueckfrage bleibt inline. Drei Zeilen CSS fuer die Textvorlage (details) im Dialog.
