Platzhalter-Seiten Assets, Reports und Docs entfernt

Die drei Seiten hatten keine Funktion (feste Nullen, ein alert(),
drei Beispielsätze). Alte Links und unbekannte Adressen führen jetzt
zu den Tickets statt auf eine leere Seite; Menügruppen ohne Eintrag
werden nicht mehr angezeigt.
