- Zahlungsproblem bleibt ueber den roten Hinweis sichtbar, spaeterer
  Beginn ueber die Datumszeile ("Beginn und erste Abbuchung am ...")
- Bei Kuendigung vor Leistungsbeginn keine "erste Abbuchung" mehr
- Ungenutzte Status-Styles entfernt
