Neue Team-Aktionen abnahme (Freischalten ohne Ticket-Schliessung, K16
einmal, unter feature-activate:<id> mit Haken freischaltHindernis) und
ticket (Ticket nachlegen: Zahlung bei Stripe pruefen und Webhook-Weg,
geloeschtes Ticket ersetzen, vorhandenes unberuehrt). Ticketanlage aus
markPaid in legeTicketAn herausgeloest.
