nimmt dafuer ein optionales subjectPrefix). Die Protokollzeilen in mails.js nennen
nur Nummer und Fehlerkennung.

Rechnungen plus diese nicht ueber der AB-Summe, sonst 409 und nichts wird finalisiert.
