checkBankConsent mailt bei 30, 14, 3 Tagen und am Ablauftag (Berliner Kalendertage),
merkt sich die erreichten Stufen in warnedThresholds und holt eine nicht versandte
Mail beim naechsten Lauf nach. Jobs nur mit Enable Banking: Abruf nach 2 Minuten und
alle 6 Stunden, Pruefung nach 3 Minuten und taeglich.

ClaudeandClaude Sonnet 5.5 cba14ed0f0 Finanzen: Bankzugang aus WOMS neu verbinden (Freigabe, Rueckkehr, Kontowahl) 
startBankAuth/completeBankAuth in bankSync.js. Die Rueckkehr prueft und speichert die
Sitzung unter der Sperre der Abrufe (ein laufender Abruf kann den neuen Zugang nicht
mehr ueberschreiben) und ruft danach einmal ab. Nachbau: holdNext haelt einen Aufruf an.

Projektaenderung und Gitea-Webhook deployten Kirschner Gebaeudeservice
am 30.09.2026 gleichzeitig; beide git clone liefen ins selbe
preview-data-Verzeichnis und brachen ab. runDeploy sperrt jetzt je
Arbeitsverzeichnis und Subdomain (keyedLock), andere Repos laufen
weiter parallel. Test stellt drei gleichzeitige Deploys nach.

Neue Vorlage K17 im Stil von K16 mit Nachricht, Absender und Link
auf den Portal-Chat. Hoechstens eine Mail je Kunde im Zeitfenster
CHAT_NOTIFY_THROTTLE_MIN (15 Min.), ohne BCC ans Team, nicht ohne
E-Mail-Adresse oder Portalzugang. Das Admin-Panel zeigt unter dem
Kundennamen, ob der Hinweis rausging.
