  ticket = „ (Ticket #Nr)“ direkt hinter dem Projektnamen oder leer, fassung = Fassung der Leistungsbeschreibung, portal_url = Adresse der Funktion im Kundenportal.
  stundenkonto = die Einrichtung geht vom Stundenkonto ab (Einschalten aus dem Abo); projekt_kosten = die Einrichtung ist Teil der Projektkosten (Team schaltet im Projekt ein). Genau einer der beiden ist an.
  anhang = Leistungsbeschreibung und Auftragsverarbeitung hängen als PDF an.
  Texte sind Entwurf für die Mail-Überarbeitung des Inhabers; verbindlich sind nur Platzhalter, Blöcke und die festen Sätze der Blöcke.
