Projektaenderung und Gitea-Webhook deployten Kirschner Gebaeudeservice
am 30.09.2026 gleichzeitig; beide git clone liefen ins selbe
preview-data-Verzeichnis und brachen ab. runDeploy sperrt jetzt je
Arbeitsverzeichnis und Subdomain (keyedLock), andere Repos laufen
weiter parallel. Test stellt drei gleichzeitige Deploys nach.

PDF-Fassung neu erzeugt; sie enthaelt damit auch Abschnitt 6a
(News-Pinnwand), der seit 0dc57fe nur im HTML stand.

Neue Vorlage K17 im Stil von K16 mit Nachricht, Absender und Link
auf den Portal-Chat. Hoechstens eine Mail je Kunde im Zeitfenster
CHAT_NOTIFY_THROTTLE_MIN (15 Min.), ohne BCC ans Team, nicht ohne
E-Mail-Adresse oder Portalzugang. Das Admin-Panel zeigt unter dem
Kundennamen, ob der Hinweis rausging.

Ueber der Chat-Liste sucht ein Feld alle Kunden (Name, E-Mail,
Kd.-Nr.) und oeffnet einen leeren Chat, auch wenn der Kunde noch
nie geschrieben hat. Der Server konnte das schon.

Die 55 Fuellblaetter hatten keinen festen Zeitstempel und waren ab
30.09.2026 18:00 UTC neuer als ws1 - der Test schlug ab dann fehl.

Live-Fehler: cs_live-Sitzungs-IDs (~66 Zeichen) passten nicht in das Feld
portalFeatures.stripeSessionId (64), die Bestellung brach nach dem Anlegen
der Stripe-Sitzung ab und der Kunde sah die Appwrite-Meldung.
- Setup-Skript: Feld 128 Zeichen, bestehendes Feld wird per ensureStringSize vergroessert
- Fehler von Appwrite oder unerwartete Fehler: Log + verstaendlicher Hinweis
